    We are a group of young entrepreneurs’ with a massive and determined goal to reach out to those individual who think that they are lost in this vast ocean of people and success. CHISEL a Personality Development institution started at the beginning of 2008 by Ms.Arasi Arul.

    Chisel lends a helping hand to students and professionals to discover their personalities and realize that there is more to their personality that they have left unnoticed. We help them chisel themselves into beautiful and strong people who are admired respected and successful. CHISEL holds training sessions in schools, colleges and organizations for students, professors and professionals to help them perform better professionally and personally.

    Chisel also believes in charity and aims to help those who cannot afford to hire professionals to train them. We train students and professionals in various government schools and villages as a social cause.

    Chisel conducts various events for students and teachers to provoke and inspire them to work towards developing their personality ignoring all the obstacles that are a part of their lives. “How I chiseled myself” is one such event that chisel has been organizing , where in we bring successful personalities to narrate their inspiring journey towards achieving goals leaving behind their negatives and fighting their troubles.

    History

    The story behind Chisel is no great folklore or doesn’t boast of a unique tale. But, it is one that is synonymous with the youth of today.

    The youngsters are blessed with talent but a majority of it goes unnoticed. There’s no scope to identify budding talent or take it to a higher level.

    The students are taught to master subjects but their personal development is disastrously stunted.

    A majority of individuals don’t even have the confidence to put forth a question or clear a doubt from their peers or mentors.

    These inhibitions, the desire to break them and create confident individuals were the reason behind Chisel’s inception.

    Taking a step forward, Chisel endeavours to make the youth more employable and arms them with the skills and confidence to make a mark in their lives, both professionally and personally.

    Chisel Concept

    Every stone was once a rough piece of mass. It takes a sculptor to identify the hidden statue within the crude stone.

    The sculptor would ‘chisel’ the stone to reveal the beautiful statue within.

    The process of ‘chiselling’ is not easy. Pain is a part of the process but at the end of it, there’s a masterpiece.

    Like the fable, Chisel strives to shape the youth and turn them into complete individuals. The process of change is not easy but after the pain and toil, the reward is a totally new individual with the power to create a path to success.

    At Chisel, we never say that it’s easy! But, we say that it’s totally worth it!
