Chisel Institution has created an NGO as part of their CSR activity and have been working on the welfare of children to protect the basic human rights of the child and to enhance their quality of life all across TamilNadu.

Our team works every day to advance the science of safe childhood and we work towards the highest standards of child care and produce high-impact education and outreach programming.

By accelerating discovery, we lead the way to a better understanding of changing the way the world understands and treats children. And by empowering families and educators with clear, unbiased information, we promote the kind of open, honest dialogue that will help ensure that every child gets the opportunities he or she deserves.

Credibility and accountability have always been the bench mark for us and our pioneering programmes address children’s unique needs, giving them a healthy start, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. Drawing on a century of leading expertise, we dynamically take on the toughest challenges facing the hardest-to-reach children – especially those unfairly excluded from the world’s progress

Our “Modhi Vilaiyadu Paapa” , a child sexual abuse awareness video starring Actor Sivakarthikeyan was well received and appreciated by many as it is the need of the hour. This institution promotes dissemination of knowledge and information and to educate public opinion on Child Welfare / Development programmes on a scientific basis.

Chisel Institution conducts the M V P (Mindful . Vigil . Prevent) Program in Classes for school going children in both Government and Private Schools to create a society which cares for its children by giving first priority to their needs, rights and protection thereby ensuring their capacity for self-help while also creating awareness of sexual abuse among children. The mentors teach the students to be extremely vigilant and methods to prevent abuse and also teach the parents and teachers to monitor any behavioral changes in the children to identify and help affected children.
